“There are always a few small things (our cold tap barely worked) but overall, this hotel was brilliant. Staff were friendly, spa was really well appointed and treatments were both very good and reasonably priced. Its location right on the river and in the heart of a tiny but bustling little village is idyllic. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, all the necessary accessories. Highly recommended ”

I think, if you visit Château de Saumur, Musée de la Cavalerie(Cavalry museum), Musée des Blindés(Tank museum) it's the best location. You can reach Château de Saumur with in 15 minutes, Musée de la Cavalerie with in 15 minutes, Musée des Blindés with in 30 minutes by walk.”

“Charming place to stay- quiet and in a beautiful countryside location. Lovely hosts. We were welcomed with a refreshing glass of white wine. The host recommended a fantastic local restaurant called ‘La Guinguette a Jojo’ Delicious breakfast. ”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the river. Breakfast was not free, but was reasonably priced and the variety of food was good. There was plenty of free parking across the street by the river. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. ”
