"We loved our stay at Hotel Muralto and highly recommend it. The property is conveniently located near public transportation (a bus stop right out the door and train station a 5 minute walk). "Me and my family stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were great, very helpful. The rooms were great, super modern and clean, but not like the photos, however the laundry machine was much appreciated. Given the exceptional prices I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit andermatt."

"The staff was amazing, we had a few specific requests and there were no issues. The pool was absolutely amazing considering it was +90F outside. We did not have a car, but bus #7 was our travel to the main city and train station. The balcony was a place for us to relax in the evening and morning. The air conditioning was the best we experienced in our trip. We were there for the Moon and Stars festival, and would recommend staying here due to the proximity to the bus station, staff, pool, and air conditioning."

"Very large and comfortable room. Easy and helpful technology to operate features in the room. Exceptional breakfast with lots of choices. Convenient location next to the train. Was easy to take a train to the Locarno city center in under 15 minutes. Transportation is included with the Ticino pass so request it from the front desk. Recommend this property."

"The hotel provided what we needed! A comfortable and clean room and close to many good places. There is also a cafe/restaurant downstairs which opens until late and their staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was also helpful just by one phone call away. Self check-in/check-out were smooth and easy. We really enjoyed the stay!"

"We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive. Location was right by the train station, which was great as well as by the lake even better."
