This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!

A very pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The hotel is well located and easy to reach, with a parking garage directly connected to the building and shopping facilities right outside the door. Everything feels surprisingly spacious, probably because the hotel is located in an area that feels more like a commercial or industrial district than the centre of Locarno. The advantage is that there is plenty of space, and this is noticeable throughout the hotel. My room was spacious, very clean and well maintained. The mattress deserves a special mention as it was exceptionally comfortable and I slept extremely well. I also noticed maintenance staff around the hotel on both days of my stay, carrying out smaller cosmetic repairs and improvements. For me, that was actually a very positive sign that the hotel pays attention to keeping the property in good condition rather than simply waiting for things to become a problem. The only real disappointment was breakfast. Compared with the otherwise very good standard of the hotel, the international breakfast buffet felt rather basic and limited and could definitely offer a little more variety and quality. Overall, a very good, clean and comfortable hotel with generous rooms, excellent beds and convenient parking. Not the most charming location in Locarno, but a very practical and pleasant place to stay. I would happily stay here again.

For the Locarno Film Festival, the location was excellent with both free city buses and the festival shuttle coming right in front of the hotel. Rooms were in excellent shape, and the breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and very friendly!

Holiday stay

This hotel was fantastic! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they even made sure our furry friend was welcome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it. The only downside was the parking fee, which was a bit steep, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Thanks 😊

The only negative was that when we checked in weren't told of Ticino pass which gives free public transport. Found out by accident next day when dealing with a different person at reception.
