“We were there 2 weeks from March 23 to April 6, with breakfast included. it was our 3rd visit to the hotel over a 10 year period. Renovated rooms and pool looked great! Bathroom fixtures could have used an upgrade but other than that, everything was awesome! Room was super clean and done before 11 everyday. Great beds, great pillows and awesome linens. “This hotel is phenomenal, I believe it’s the nicest property in West Bay and is located in front of one of the best snorkeling places on the island. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. My only complaint is that despite the hotel’s air-conditioning working very well and keeping the hotel very cool, my room (430) had a strong, musty smell, as did the lobby of that floor and the hallway, so likely other rooms also suffer from this issue too. Hopefully the hotel will fix...
