โArea was good, clean, there wasnโt much lighting outside especially in the area where there was parking available, those areas was more darker. Inside hotel everything was good about it.โ
โThe hotel was nice, check in was very easy and staff were friendly. I did have an issue with the connecting room, as the guests were very inconsiderate and forgot they were not at home but rather a hotel where people had to work the next day. There was a STRONG odor of marijuana seeping under my door. Which cool, do you, but I needed to be up at 8 for work. Hotel staff moved my room and even brought me the new room keys to the 5th floor. โThis is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. โ

โThe hotel was fantastic. My wife and I went out for snacks in the evening, and the area around the park was a bit scary. Not the hotel's fault. But maybe a snack shop inside the hotel would help. Otherwise, the stay was great. The staff especially stood out as friendly and helpful.โ
