"The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. "Wir sind mit Hund angereist. Pro Tag werden dafür 25€ erhoben, was uns sehr viel erscheint, denn wirklich Mehraufwand für Reinigung entsteht dadurch nicht. Pro Tag werden 5€ für das parken in Rechnung erstellt, welche in dem Preis inklusive sein sollte. Sonst ist die Anlage sehr schön und der Blick auf das Meer ist sensationell. "

"Es wurden falsche Angaben gemacht. Der Schlüssel für die Unterkunft befand sich wie mitgeteilt nicht im Gutshaus sondern in einem Schlüsselkasten. Und den Code dafür wurde uns verwehrt, in dem wir bei der angebenen Telefonnummer weg gedrückt wurden. Dann war die FeWo wirklich schmutzig. Es wurde bewusst nur die Bettwäsche gewechselt und Handtücher hingelegt. Unter dem Bettlaken war sehr viel Dreck, nicht gesaugt, staubig,viele Spinnen und sehr muffig. Schränke kaputt. Sonst modern eingerichtet."

"Idyllisch aber abgelegen situiertes Gutshaus - man braucht eigene Transportmittel, aber ideal zum Radfahren/Wandern. Nächster Bahnhof etwa 4km entfernt in Dorf Mecklenburg. Wismar und Schwerin gut erreichbar. Wohnung gut ausgestattet, freundliche Gastgeber. Entspannung pur!"

"Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all. "
