Los Fresnos

"If you are looking for a great place to stay, we recommend this place in Los Fresnos. Plenty of room. There were 15 of us including kids. The house was very spacious as well as the restroom in the master suite. The backyard was absolutely perfect with the pool, hammocks big screen t.v. on the covered patio, a nice grill and even a pit for making smores. The description of this property did not do it justice. The beds were amazing. We lived the bath towells. We come to SPI every year and I would...

Hilton Garden Inn South Padre Island Beachfront

8/10 Good

"Loved our room, the pool and cabanas. This place was a gem. The staff was not overly friendly when we checked in and shared zero information. I asked a few questions and clearly inconvenienced the girls. The following day, I tried again and got a very helpful young man, so front desk is hit or miss. The on site restaurant was convenient, and reasonably priced. The food itself was average. The star is the location and the cabanas at the pool. We enjoyed ourselves, but did our own investing about the island and where to go and what to see. The sea turtle rescue is within walking distance of the hotel, so very nice. Note that there are fireworks nearby and typically live music playing at night. We enjoyed this, but a few patrons found it noisy at a late hour. Overall, I’d definitely book again."

Comfort Inn South Padre Island Central

8/10 Good

"Found a great deal for a 2 night stay during low season. Location is superb at South Padre Island. Property is well maintained but you definitely can tell that it is an old building. It was clean overall but they could do a better job at it. If you can find a room rate below $120 USD per night I would stay here again, but would not recommend paying above that rate."

Ramada by Wyndham & Suites South Padre Island At the Beach

8/10 Good
