"This is a very family-friendly hotel in downtown San Luis Obispo. The property could use some updating, and a few items in the room and gym needed maintenance. That said, the staff was excellent, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The complimentary evening drinks were also a nice bonus, and overall, we had a good stay. The main downside was the noise.
