This hotel is in the middle of everything- very close to the beach, near by fantastic restaurants and just a walk to the downtown area. We loved it! Rooms are spacious and sparkling. Staff is efficient and helpful.

When I read other reviews, I was a little in shock; however, the condition of the room was nothing like in the comments. Bedding was very clean and refreshing, and the entire room was kept up good. This is a good choice for the price and the location. The room might be a little tight for 4 people, but again, it's good for the price.

This hotel was a great value for the price. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated that my dog was welcome, which made my stay even better. The hotel is in a quiet location and just a short walk from the beach, making it a relaxing place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I liked the proximity to the pier and restaurants/shops. There was a leak behind the toilet and there was a smell of mildew. The carpets were dirty and if you didn't walk with socks on the bottom of your feet would get dark. The AC was not user friendly. The guy that checked us in was friendly.

Do not travel with young kids here! The rooms are extremely small and the walls are thin. You will hear the traffic on the street extremely easily. The pool is not heated and is extremely small. A perfectly placed well loved family managed hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful and were also obviously the owners. I paid the additional fee for our dog and it was a great weekend trip for our family. The bedding was clean. We were reminded that if we want fresh towels, all we had to do was ask. They had a small heated pool out front, but we were just a few blocks away from the beachfront.. the bathroom could use some updating, but otherwise fully functional.
