This property is very beautiful. the main entrance looks very nice. I like it looks like Spanish architecture. the rooms were very nice and clean. the breakfast buffet is very enjoyable and the kids love the pool and the Jacuzzi. I will return!
The hotel was in a great spot with lots of parking. Uber cost was about 10 dollars to the Pismo pier, way worth the price over the headache of traffic and finding parking. Complimentary drink vouchers and breakfast was good. Definitely would consider staying again.

Couch cushion had a brown stain. I called for towels and an extra blanket the first night and it was never brought to my room. I had to go to the front desk and get the blanket and towels myself. I interrupted house keeping in Saturday because my son needed to get ready for a baseball game and she could not understand due to a language barrier. The front desk was incredibly nice and accommodating. The housekeeper and other staff around were nice regardless of the language barrier just found that to be inconvenient and a hassle at the time.
Our stay was great. Love the suites. The property is beautiful. Pool is kinda small. The suites are spacious. However, the bathrooms in the suites are small. Especially when trying to use one small bathroom for 4 people. Perks are free breakfast and they provide one free cocktail per nights stay for adults 21+ of course. Or a free soda for the kids.

Thank you Oxford for a perfect one night stop near pismo beach.
Your rooms are everything I needed for my stay I was pleasantly supervised when i entered my assigned room ! Perfect layout with comfy sofa and a small dining table to eat at a microwave and ftidge as well as glassware and also a coffee maker in room for the price that i paid for a Tues was very fare i will be returning
The property is great, it was very nice. The hotel asked if we wanted to upgrade before arrival for the โvery top floorโ and thatโs funny to charge when itโs literally 2 floors. Deceiving for sure. The breakfast and happy hour were great except the bartender lady was grouchy and yelled at people for being too loud. The pool was nice, heated but could have been a tad warmer the spa was dirty, the foam it created was brown. Likely due to the pool being chilly so it was used more. The room was great, the door was loose and so we had to be sure to lock it or it would open. The restroom for the pool and grounds requires a card so that is a hassle if youโre I the pool and have to leave the gated pool run over there carefully to use but also remember your room card to use it. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were nice.
Nice big comfortable suite. Good breakfast and cocktail hour. One night groups of loud children were running laps around the second floor and the pool was packed with screaming kids jumping in the pool, hot tub and baby pool. We were surprised hotel management didnโt say anything to them. Happily our other nights were quiet and we had a great time.
The hot breakfast buffet was great as was the evening reception. Property is large and kid/pet friendly, lots of grassy areas, rooms were clean and spacious.
The air is musty in the room with a smell in the room. The room is very old. The towels are thin and rough. The pool is small. It was noisy. Shower is small. Room is small for a suite
Positive note: bed is comfortable. Rain shower is nice. The staff is nice. The breakfast was good.
Was a very nice place , good breakfast every morning. Could not get in the hot tub cuz it was always full of kids. The hot tub should be sdults only in my opinion
I have stayed at this hotel many times. This most recent time, I reserved an upper floor room on Expedia. Upon arrival, I was given a room on the first floor. I asked the receptionist why I hadn't been given an upper floor room, as I'd reserved. She said that there were none available because the hotel was full. When I went to the assigned room, I discovered that it was right across from the pool, and it was very loud due to all the kids playing in the pool. I called the front desk, and a different receptionist answered. I requested a room change due to the pool noise, and also stated that I'd requested a 2nd floor room. She was able to change me to a 2nd floor room on the opposite side of the complex from the pool. Aside from this initial snafu, everything else was fine. I especially like the spacious rooms which all have microwave ovens and refrigerators. The included hot breakfast is wonderful.
We always look forward to our stay at Oxford Suites. The front desk did not have any incidentals this time. We forgot a toothbrush and the Rite Aid is closing. We missed this convince.
