GreenTree Inn San Diego Mission Bay

"The room was very clean and maintained. Restroom is very small. You walk into sink/vanity area upon entering the room. Shower pressure was ok. Shower head so high, I couldn't reach it. I'm 5'2". Pool water looked clean, but not surface itself, looked stained. Not close to much except for Mission Bay. Beautiful outdoor areas."

"We had an issue with checking in and switched rooms several times. The front desk told us our room had a view of the fire pit and courtyard. When we got into the room the view was of the parking lot. This was frustrating, especially after traveling all day. The gentleman who helped us at the front desk was kind and helpful, apologized for the mistake, but was not very knowledgeable of the map of the rooms, or the procedures with the guest discount procedures. We were charged a MANDATORY $20 per night fee to help cover wifi, and resort discounts. We were not told how to apply these discounts. When we asked about it we were told the restaurant “should be able to AUTOMATICALLY apply the 10% restaurant discount.” When it wasn’t applied automatically, and we asked about it after the fact, the front desk told us they weren’t able to apply these discounts because they couldn’t “access that system.” When we asked about it at the restaurant we were told “we aren’t able to access last nights transactions.” So, we were charged a mandatory fee, but didn’t receive the discounts. We were also not able to “opt out” of this fee even though we weren’t able to apply the discounts. Fees like this, extra sur charges, etc. are what make it so difficult to enjoy a vacation. We were given $50 off our stay for the room inconveniences. The resort had several fun events, concerts, and activities like free bikes, and outdoor movies. The koi pond and parrots were beautiful."
Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Airport/Liberty Station

"One of the absolute best Homewood Suites we stayed at! Giant room with two kind beds, 2 bathrooms, and 1 extra large pullout for the kids. Would highly recommend"
