"At cruise terminal for main Ocean cruise ships, although some River cruise ships dock there too. Room was much better than photos indicate. Beautiful views from our 12th floor room, big sofa/couch. Clean with coffee maker in room. Only slight negative was air-conditioning needed to be reset, reset, and retouched every few minutes in order to move it from 25*c down to 19*c including during the night which was an inconvenience."

"This hotel was the perfect choice for our family with small kids - we had a chill neighbourhood with a playground, a canal right in front to enjoy (also as view from the room!), fresh, well cooked food and all the amenities we could ever need, including washer and dryer downstairs. I preferred not being in the middle of the hustle and bustle and used Ubers to get around and come back to our chill place. Otherwise not very easily accessible by public transport."

"Great location for city exploration. Adjacent to the train station. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was terrible. Our room was hotter than the hallway They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was much cooler. They said they don’t have true air condition. It is centralized air. The breakfast was great and worth the extra $. The gym was also nice enough. I would stay here again given the great customer service. Especially during the cooler months."

"Location to transit and Amsterdam is great. Hotel rooms are starting to show their age. Disappointed that there was no Kleenex, no wash cloths (common in Europe though), no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion. Things that you expect nowadays in a room. Coffee wasn’t replaced in room and room attendant had said they didn’t have any."
