"good solid one night budget friendly hotel located up the hill from the lake so no views or anything but nice and quiet. friendly welcome and comfortable beds. toilet was interesting as it was located in a broom cupboard adjoining the actually bathroom. not so easy for us bigger folk. breakfast a solid if predictable spread of the usual meats cheeses cereals etc nothing out of the ordinary but did the job. solid place to spend a night or two visiting this beautiful part of the country. we ate at the adjoining restaurant too which was again decent but nothing exceptional. we had a burger and a steak. the menu has a good choice and the staff were brilliant really helpful and friendly."
