"Very nice room clean great staff very quiet rooms "

"This property was in need of a complete update. Very run down with rust in the bathtub. The complimentary breakfast was a disgrace. The only reason to stay here is the complimentary parking while you travel. Very disappointed. We stay here often but its getting progressively worse."

"The instructions for check in were accurate and easy to follow, however, in the instructions it said I could ask for a later check out and when I did, I did not get a response. The place was clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the lake. I was sad that the restaurant wasn't open while I was there. The breakfast was a delicious muffin with a granola bar, an apple and a rice crispy square. It was fine for me."

"Loved the warm and welcoming staff. I so enjoy this hotel, I pick it every time I am in the area. The setting on the lake, the balconies, the friendly staff, the historic feel make the stay very enjoyable. Thank you."

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Muffins and coffee for the people leave to catch an early flight which for me was 5:25 AM.Shuttle bus service to the airport."
