“Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you...

“The staff were friendly. The extra toiletries left in the bathroom were appreciated. But the shower had two black holes into the wall about quarter sized that were covered by clear plastic. The grout in the bathroom on the floor was receding and looked dirty. The Kleenex boxes were empty. The sink had a slow drain.”
