The room was in good condition. I would give 5 stars for the economics of the stay as well as the staff and the breakfast. The tub drain was clogged which has a heavy weight into my score. The bed was comfortable and my tv worked great on the free channels. Proximity to Makinac Bridge and Island, as well as to Boyne Mountain makes it easy to adventure. Yes Please and Thank You!

If you're looking for a VERY budget friendly stay, this place is for you. Pictures make it look nicer than it is though. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was lovely. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking inside and they tried covering up the smell with too much air freshener. I wanted to take a bath to relax but didn't trust sitting in the tub. The shower was fine with lots of hot water. The mattress was comfortable but we kept hitting our knees on the bed frame because the room was crowded. When we first checked we actually wanted to go to another hotel but, we decided to stay because, really, we just needed to sleep somewhere decent. We won't stay here again though.

Loved staying in Petoskey at Baymont.

The staff was amazing and highly responsive. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were able to accommodate our earlier arrival. They made sure we had everything we needed. The texting communication was great as well. The room was in excellent condition and we had a really great day.
