“For the off season visitor this may not be the place to stay. There weren't a lot of staff around. There was nothing open, no restaurants or shops. Drive carefully as there are a lot of potholes. The room we stayed in was dated. On the plus side it was not crowded and very quiet. There was one other occupant on the we floor. And pretty no one was around. For memorial day weekend last minute plans it was not expensive. The area around Kirkwood is extremely beautiful. If you want dining, you...
