This property is definitely not what it looks like on the website or holiday apps. The staffs were absolutely helpful, and very very nice, they go over and beyond to help. But this hotel is rundown old, despite it cleanliness the place smells horrible, the rugs on the hallway are hideous and the smell is really repulsive, the shower curtain was disgusting, booked 3 nights spent the night and left the next. It was prepaid I couldn’t get any money back but I didn’t mind. The place really urgently needs a makeover, like very serious maintenance

The gentleman at the front desk this morning went above and beyond helping us get a taxi to the airport when we couldn’t arrange an Uber. He called a number of places and found us a ride. He is our hero today!

The stay was disappointing. The noise level during the night was unacceptable. Guests were talking loudly and even playing music in the lobby around 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The room was far too expensive for the quality provided. There was also no staff available after 11 PM, which made resolving issues impossible. Additionally, the location is inconvenient and much farther from the airport than expected.

Very happy overall. Just noisy guests returning after midnight spoilt it but I don’t suppose there is much that can be done about that except better sound proofing between the rooms

Personnel très sympathique et serviable. En revanche l'hotel est vieillot et le bâtiment les chambres ne sont pas touts frais et ça se sent. La chambre était à l'abris du bruit et le prix était raisonnable, mais l'ambiance générale reste perfectible. Il faut rénover cet hôtel et apporter un côté accueillant. Les couleurs de murs et les décos sont d'une autre époque. Ca contribue à la qualité du séjour.

L’établissement n’est pas des derniers jours, et malgré une vétusté apparente, les chambres sont propres. La literie est inconfortable, le chauffage est réalisé avec un radiateur d’appoint, tout cela atteste d’une fatigue de cet hôtel, L’absence de restauration sur place est un problème.cependant le personnel est agréable et le professionnel. La salle de bain dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. On regrettera l’absence de prise électrique dans la chambre et le système de chauffage inadapté.

Literie mauvaise

Chambre vétuste avec un recevoir de douche cassé, une eau chaude dont il faut attendre longtemps pour en avoir . Mais le pire est la literie avec un matelas dur comme du bois et un oreiller aussi fin qu’une couette… Pas de deuxième coussin supplémentaire Attention l’hôtel ne propose pas la Clim aussi … Pour l’isolation ceci est passable mais même pour une nuit mon avis général est je passe!
