“The room was amazing! Beautifully arranged and all the amenities, the best was the porch overlooking the trees and the birds, breakfast was great. It’s pretty far from La Fortuna and most activities and wr didn’t rent a car. The host did drive us but we were limited in what we could do. ”

“Host is incredibly friendly and accessible via WhatsApp. Stayed in the private apartment and was in love with the patio which faces the mountains and sunset. Space is modern. clean, and super cozy. Also stocked with some great coffee and South American wines. ”

“I stayed here for an overnight stop between La Fortuna and Monteverde, the hotel was better than I was expecting. Everything was great, a/c provided, was clean and comfortable and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I were passing through. Tilarán is quite a sleepy little town, not a great deal going on there”

“This a unique experience. Staff was very helpful and their breakfast which we had one morning was delicious. We even managed to get Italian food delivered (easier with USD cash). The view is unbelievable and we definitely enjoyed as a family with 2 teenagers. Note that like all roads in Costa Rica, always better with a 4WD car. We had a simple 4x4 SUV and we had no issue driving (slowly) the 1.5km or so to get to the property even under set season rain. Again, great experience if you are looking...
