"Amenities are very good. Sauna, Steam room and Family swimming. However, not so soundproof. People stamping and running around on corridors. Group gym starts early and you can hear the music from even 2 floors up. Paid extra for comfort but seems like it was better off booking at Travelodge, at least ..."

"Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going ..."

"A great location to stay and easy to get to and from the train station. Had booked using Hotels.com and booked 2 apartments. Whatever the mix up was I got a call saying I hadn’t paid for any of them and was a total mix up. Language barrier didn’t help and would put me off doing it again"

City Wall House by House of Fisher
"Sad to see a 4-star facility degraded to a 2-star one. Furniture and electrical items were in a terrible state. Complaints were met with 'we have reported it to maintenance' which basically means that nothing will be done during your stay! Shower head had to be propped up with rope to stop it falling! ..."
