“짐시설이 23층에 있었고 매우 쾌적했습니다. 숙박시설도 좋았습니다”

“It is a traditional hotel with well cared.”

“There's no complementary water in the refrigerator. ”

“매우 만족으러웠습니다. 방도 청결하고 음식도 맛있고 응대도 매우 친절했습니다”

“Breakfast was great, but the hotel's design concept was confusing and a bit chaotic. There were also no basic amenities like a bathrobe or disposable slippers, which felt more like a 3-star experience. They only provided one complimentary water bottle instead of the usual two, which was a bit disappointing. The front desk staff weren't particularly professional or warm — not sure if that's just a European thing. Overall, next time I'll probably stick to a major chain like Hilton or Marriott.”

“시설이 너무 추웠음.”

“no front desk, i have to pay a tax via online and check in by myself. everything is uncontactable system and service. i won’t use and book numa hotel anymore”
