The rooms were fine, and it is very close to Dongsishitiao Metro Station.
However, there is no place to sit in the lobby (unless you pay a very high price for a drink in the hotel café). We just wanted to sit down for an hour after checking out, while waiting for a friend to pick us up. The ground floor staff told us there were some seats on levels 2 and 3, but when we went up there, the staff upstairs said those seats were not available for guests to use (even though nobody was using them at the time). They made us feel like we were causing trouble by asking for a place to sit down. Why don't they just put a few sofas in the massive lobby for guests to use, like most other hotels?
Also the outside of the hotel looks much more shabby than in the photo: bits of masonry missing and signs up beside the building saying 'danger: falling plaster'. Needs some serious external renovations.
