Hohe Personaldichte sehr kompetent und freundlich! Traumhafte Location mit besonderem Flair durch die Bauweise und Lage. Auch die Gastro ist auf absolutem TOP-Niveau lediglich die Portionen sind ivm. Den 6-Gänge menüs manchmal etwas zu viel gewesen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und dieser wurde nicht nur geduldet sondern war willkommen, begonnen beim Begrüßungspäcken für den Hund, über die überziehlacken für die Sofas bis hin zur Putzfrau die sich jeden Einzelnen Tag die Mühe machte die Haare von unserem Husky kompletr zu entfernen. Alles in allem -Top-Location -Top-Personal -Top-Gastro -Top-Gesamtpacket

Liebevoll geführtes Top - Hotel mit exzellenter Wohlfühl - Ausstattung, hervorragendem Service und ausgezeichneter Verwöhn - Kulinarik ! Wellness - Einrichtungen vom Feinsten, vielfältiges Aktivitäten - Programm und die äußerst angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus - mehr geht fast nicht ! Wandern und Wellness unter besten Voraussetzungen

Wir suchten Ruhe, Entspannung, Bewegung in exzellenter Umgebung. Gefunden haben wir ein hervorragend geführtes Hotel mit bester Ausstattung, ausserordentlich gutem Service und einer tollen Küche. Das Hotel liegt in 1.400m Höhe am Hang mit unbezahltbarem Blick ins Pustertal und auf die Dolomiten und verfügt über diverse Pools und Saunen, aus denen man die Aussicht geniessen kann. Die Terrasse ist gut angelegt, Beauty und Wellness auf hohem Niveau bestens organisiert. Täglich werden Wanderungen angeboten, die hohen Ansprüchen an Bergtouren ebenso wie den konditionellen Voraussetzungen der Teilnehmer entsprechen. Bei all dem und trotz der Größe ist es gelungen, stets eine persönliche Athmosphäre zu schaffen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.
