Very nice hotel - with friendly staff. Clean, compact room. Food was good, especially the pizzas. Hot items at the breakfast buffet were cold - could have been kept hot! You can walk for 5 minutes to the park where there is a boardwalk and playground alongside the river/lake and a bar to have a drink overlooking the water.
The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Thhe breakfast was excellent.

located in the heart of Beira.... very filthy city.... the street of the hotel seem to have had bomb explode on it.... filthy and unkept as well as closed businesses and homeless people. The hotel itself was fine. The workers were helpful and friendly. If I go again, I will probably stay at this hotel because of its location.

Noisy
No soundproof windows, noisy outside till 2am, hotel staff starts to speak loudly at 7am in front or next to your door. No peacfull night at all
I was in Beira for business. I had arranged a hotel pick up at the airport, which happened smoothly. The hotel was fine. However, the room was quite small, incluidng the bathroom. (It reminded me of a train sleepette bathroom). Fortunately I am small! I am told that there are larger rooms but these were nearly 2x the rate that I paid from Expedia.
The staff was very helpful for everything. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was suprisingly good. The wifi worked fine.
The main challenge for me was the mosque that is one block away- the first call to prayer is at 4 am and my window faced right to the mosque so I had this loud wakeup call at the hour of 4 am the whole week that I was in Beira, despite ear plugs and the window beng close.
the hotel catered for me short time, very helpful
and so effiecient

Good hotel to stay in Beira
A little bit expensive, but just like any other descent hotel in Mozambque.
Despite that it is a good value for money if you compare to other hotels on the city of Beira.
everything is fine and nice except the broken lift and the price.

Good middle class hotel in the center of the city
When I stayed in Tivoli june 2014 the elevator was broken. Because I read this before I came I requested a room on the second floor and they provide it to me. Breakfast was good and personel very friendly. Shower was ok and room wat acceptable clean. The only negative thing is that there is no terras outside, but you can have a drink at Beirasol, the restaurant next door.
