On arrival we were met by a gentleman who took our bags up to the room even at midnight they were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is exactly as you see in the pictures and staff are super helpful from organising sim cards to calling taxis will definitely stay again

Moderne / standards europeens
Hôtel moderne avec une chambre (avec kitchenette équipée) très confortable aux standards occidentaux (lit, salle de bain, TV, …). Pas de petit-déj possible sur place. Si vous êtes sensibles aux bruits de la circulation, préférez peut-être un autre hôtel car il y a une voie rapide très proches (De notre côté cela ne nous a pas dérangé). Parking voiture sur place (gardé toute la nuit). Les environs directs de l'hôtel sont quelconques et (très) délabré mais on est à 2 pas des quartiers animés pour une super soirée à Beyrouth en empruntant la passerelle piétonne qui enjambe la voie rapide. Accès très facile et pratique en voiture par la voie rapide (éviter les bouchons de Beyrouth). Bon service. Wifi intermittent et lent.

Big, clean room and great service!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially if you are looking for a hotel easily accessible to Mar Mikhael - only 5min walk to the Main Street with endless amazing bars restaurants. A special thank you must be made to Mr Ghassan who went way beyond the expected service of a Hotel Manager, he drove me across town to a speciality shop I was looking for and helped me organise a SIM card for my phone for my visit. Thank you once again!!

it is smell bad , one man open my room by MR keyCard ... and he look to mr and said to another man some one here !! then said sorry... I said how you open the door he said you must lock the door from inside... I said nothing when I close the door no one can open it from our...hr said again sorry and went.... I feel not safety there. nothing to do and nothing in area around ,

Fine loft for a drunk stay
Overall the stay was fine. It was a late night booking. Check-in was fast however there was a problem in the air conditioning in the room where it made a high sound we couldn’t sleep from it (and can’t sleep without it); and those blackout curtains... they don’t black out light was coming in the room and woke up at 7 am
