“Decent property. Main issue is cleaning and transport. Dead bugs in the cabinets, live ones in livingroom and we were charged double the taxi rate for the hotel transfer (something that other booking sites say is included).”

“The facilities team could not have done more to make our stay better. The villa was lovely, decently equipped and really private and relaxing. Close to shopping and lots of beaches and restaurants you do need a car to get around there is a patisserie and a couple of restaurants that you can walk to ”

“ Incontestablement, les points forts des Villas Banyan sont leur localisation face à la mer, dans un village qui a su garder son authenticité en échappant au bétonnage de la côte. La villa est simple mais bien agencée, notamment sa vaste pièce à vivre au rez-de-chaussée, avec sa terrasse côté jardin et sa vue piscine/mer. “Hébergement parfait ! Tout conforme à la description. Équipements complets , logement spacieux , calme. Mise a disposition gratuitement de 2 canoës pour balade dans le lagon. Piscine de la residence très grande et bien entretenue. Les environs dont très bien avec de succulents restaurants. Personnels d'entretien très, très sympathiques. ”

“the owner was very helpful, everything worked well, but address on Google maps is not showing the right house (the house is in the next block), we had to call the owner twice to navigate us. Just one incorrect info in the description of the appartment on Hotels.com - the mattresses are not comfortable (with lazy foam), but standard mattresses. The beds are a bit small for 2 adults, but we managed. Our 2 kids slept together without any problem.”

“Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden mit einem Empfangskomitee begrüßt und man konnte jederzeit in der zentralen Küche Essen bestellen, besonders toll wenn man gerade angereist ist. Die Terrasse und der Pool mit Wasserfall waren wirklich schön. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht und das Personal war immer zuverlässig und aufmerksam, auch als eine Palette Bier verschwunden ist 👍. "We visited on our honeymoon and were overall very satisfied with our stay. After staying at a few other accommodations, this place stood out in a number of ways. The facilities, cleanliness, friendly staff, and food were all excellent. The app made it incredibly easy to access and navigate the available services. Be sure to take advantage of the all-inclusive option and enjoy a drink with Wang Chang — it’s totally worth it!"

"I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out."
