DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible experience and dishonest management. I booked a 13-night stay at this property but had to check out after just ONE night because the room and conditions were completely unlivable. The hotel officially issued me a 1-night checkout invoice, acknowledging the issue, and promised a refund for the remaining 12 nights. However, the moment I left, the management started playing games. They ignored my messages for days. When Expedia support explicitly called them and waived all commissions for the unused 12 nights (which was the hotel's condition), the hotel administration confirmed to the Expedia manager that they agreed to the refund. After that, they disappeared again, texting "give us some time, we contacted accounting" and then ignoring me for another 48 hours. Absolute lack of professionalism, terrible communication, and zero respect for guests. Save your money and nerves - stay somewhere else!

My room phone never worked.They came to fix it but still did not work. I was told to " dial # 1 to connect to a third party charging system. I could never make it work. No elevators. Poor quality breakfast daily. No refrigerator. Hotel seems to be a fire hazard. Walls are covered with what seems to be a highly flammable construction material.Only one fire extinguisher on the whole floor. No evacuation plans were in sight. I may be wrong but somebody needs to look into it. My room window overlooked a tin shed. I was told it would face the hotel garden. Front desk was very helpful and they even carried our suitcases upstairs. But was hard for us to bring them downstairs as there are no lifts. No shops nearby. Could be better . Not worth the money I spent on staying at this place.
