My rating reflects two very different experiences.
As a self-service apartment, I would rate this property highly (around 8/10). The location is excellent, the space is clean, and the beds are comfortable. I deducted points for safety concerns, including a questionable handrail and ladder-style access to the loft.
However, as a bed & breakfast—as described on Hotels.com—this property falls far short (closer to 2/10). At this price point, a B&B would reasonably include a staffed reception and...
