Mycket sköna sängar och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge och fin utsikt. Det som var mindre bra var att det var mycket dammigt under sängarna och vi hittade ett gammalt trosskyddspapper i badrummet som inte kom från oss. Lite slitet men renovering pågår så kommer nog bli ett fint hotell.

Bonjour, mon séjour était une catastrophe ! Les photos de votre site ne sont pas à jour. L'hôtel est en travaux et à moitié abandonné. Le logement est insalubre, sale. 160 euros c'est un prix énorme pour une prestation désastreuse comme celle-ci. On peut employer le mot "arnaque". Les vitres sont fissurées, les volets cassés, la salle de bain moisie et crasseuse. La piscine et le jardin sont dans un état catastrophique. Il n'y a plus de restaurant. J'ai passé 3 heures au téléphone le soir avec vos employés qui n'ont pas pu me reloger, pour certains qui ne m'ont jamais rappelé après la coupure de la ligne. J'étais donc obligé d'y rester la nuit avec ma compagne. Nous n'étions pas rassurés et pas détendus dans cet endroit "insecure". Ce n'est pas digne et à la hauteur des prestations que vous proposez. Même si votre annonce stipule en bas que l'hôtel est en travaux, c'est un affichage malhonnête (positionné de cette manière). Vous devez le mettre en évidence et changer ces photos mensongères. J'estime vous rendre service en prenant le temps de vous écrire et de vous faire un constat compte tenu de la qualité désastreuse du service. J'espère que vos clients éviteront ce piège ! La struttura non è come appare in foto. Il letto matrimoniale è composto da due letti singoli con le rotelle che si spostano di continuo e il bagno lascia abbastanza a desiderare. Prezzo eccessivo per la struttura.

Not worth to stay, even not 1night. Service below zéro at multiple levels. AC was leaking ++. Paint of pool was coming off. Bathroom from the sixties! Pool area dirty. Only the view is excellent.

Un grand hotel da migliorare

Hotel in villa prestigiosa. Ristrutturato l’edificio ma il parco secolare e la piscina/ giardino fa molto desiderare. I tavolini arrugginiti nelle aree comuni all’aperto i lettini (pochi e sporchi) in piscina Lasciano il cliente che ha scelto un 4* un po’ deluso. Se devo dirla tutta anche la sala colazione è un po’ fredda e povero il banchetto self-service. Le camere invece molto belle con vista mozzafiato. Insomma c’è ancora spazio per migliorare

Run down and not so clean

The location of the hotel is good, but that's about it. The inside looks like a run down cruise ship. The rooms seem okay at first, but the AC is very noisy and the bed not really comfortable and the cleanliness of the entire hotel is just not good. I would have actually not been surprised if the place would have had fleas or bed bugs. The hallways of the hotel were dirty. It's a shame. A lot could be made out of this location, but a lot of renovation work and cleaning will have to be put in. Do not recommend.

Lors de notre arrivée, le personnel était agréable mais nous a moitié expliqué les instructions pour notre séjour : n’a pas mentionné l’heure et le lieu du petit déjeuner par exemple. L’hôtel a besoin d’une rénovation. Les chambres sont plus ou moins propres mais on y trouve des toiles d’araignée, une salle de bain mal entretenue et balcon avec murs et nappe sur la tables moisis. Le petit déjeuner était bon. En somme, cet hôtel ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles. La vue en face du lac était la seule chose rattrapable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était pratique, nous étions a quelques minutes en voiture de Stresa.

l'hotel che forse un tempo era classificato 4stelle ora appare decaduto, e le stelle si sono affievolite nel loro splendore, peccato! colazione con prodotti non di gran scelta (frutta sciroppata,) caffè a self service discutibile per qualità.... Le camere abbastanza pulite, il bagno da rivedere.

Das Hotel liegt schön direkt am See. Der Pool Bietet einen schönen Blick auf den See, ist jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Auch die Zimmer sind veraltet und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. das erste Zimmer, dass man uns angeboten hat, war nicht richtig sauber. Auf unsere Beschwerde bekamen wir an der Rezeption sofort ein neues Zimmer, dass dann von der Sauberkeit ok war. Das Frühstück war zu coronazeiten ok. Man bekommt Einmal-Handschuhe zur Bedienung am Buffet Und

Great hotel!
