Not good hotel
Booked this hotel with the information on the webpage that it would be a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and stores. We asked the receptionist for directions and she told us there was only one restaurant and no bars, stores anywhere close. Also the pictures of the room and the pool looks very appealing and nice, it’s not the reality! Dirty, ugly and small. It was supposed to be close to the city, it was not walking distance, with taxi 15 minutes. We were supposed to stay here one week, we didn’t even stay one night. The only good thing was that it was easy to have communication with the hotel before the arrival.

The property was good value with helpful, friendly staff. The location was good as there was a nearby bus stop and getting to central Belgrade was simple.

We booked a suit with two king beds, but it appeared no suit was available and they put us in a different rooms in the basement with mold smelling! I asked for other rooms, according our reservation, but nothing happened. The breakfast was poor and very moderate in a very tiny and not comfortable place called a 'restaurant'. Everything in the hotel is exhausted, the carpets are terrible and smelling, the bathrooms awful. We had a really bad experience.

Falsches Zimmer erhalten, kein Upgrade bekommen!
Ich habe nicht das Zimmer erhalten, welches ich gebucht hatte. Eine Reklamation am Empfang war ohne Erfolg! Ich empfehle das Hotel niemandem, der ein 2-King Bed Zimmer buch, weil solch ein Zimmer nicht existiert. Das Hotel rechtfertigt sich, indem Sie ein King Bed 1m breit defieren -> FAIL!

Nice hotel in Belgrade
The hotel was very clean and in a very safe neighborhood. There are only 13 rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. Nice staff. The only things I would improve upon would be the lighting in the bathroom.

Okej hotell som låg en bit utanför centrum i ett nycket lungt och fint område. Hotellet hade små rum och en liten stådusch. Positivt - fint område Fina och fräscha rum Supertrevlig personal med fantastisk service Negativt - Fanns ingen spegel Frukosten kunde varit mycket bättre

I was on the way back to greece from italy and i had to sleep to beograd...and..i really relax to this hotel,i arrive almost midnight and i had a late check in The reception help me with a meal (even if it was 23.30) For sure i ll come back to reserve again

Absolut värt pengarna men standarden och att det skulle vara centralt beläget är en överdrift.. Rummen var lite av ett fuskbygge lösa kablar o halvfärdig renovering sängarna var dock sköna o alla andra faciliteter fanns såsom vinglas vinöppnare kylskåp vattenkokare. Personalen på hotellet var hur gulliga o hjälpsamma som helst!

The hotel is located in a really nice area of town. It's far from the center though, really far. So no walking possible. But, taxis are REALLY cheap and there's a bus -44- available (service not very good and stops at 10pm). The hotel is ok, that's all I can say. Not bad, not good. The service was "moyen"... the workers were sometimes helpful (calling cabs, etc) but other times they just wouldn't care. For example, the internet wasn't working and they had no interest in fixing it: " it's a sunday, I can't call anyone". Finally the noise... You can hear EVERYTHING from your room... Besides those problems, the room was very clean and breakfast was nice. In conclusion, the hotel was meh...

Man braucht zwar ein Taxi um in die Stadt zu gelangen, aber das Hotel liegt ruhig, Preis/Leistung ist super, Frühstück ist ok und vor allem die Damen an der Rezeption sind supernett und hilfsbereit. Spätanreise um kurz vor Mitternacht war kein Problem und man hat mir geholfen, einen Friseur in der Nähe ausfindig zu machen, den ich für eine Hochzeit auf die ich in Belgrad eingeladen war, am Tag nach meiner Ankunft im Hotel gebraucht habe. Ich war einfach total begeistert!

SPURS ON TOUR
-Ideal location for what we wanted - Partizan Belgrade FC. Staff were brilliant, very helpful and pleasant and they met all of our groups. The rooms were clean, and well laid out but lacked a little space. An added extra were the cats that were on display! Breakfast was fine and well presented. On the whole this hotel was excellent value and a very nice place to stay.

just have on mind that everything what is on the table, snacks, u will be charged as mini bar. I don't think that's ok because guests have to have few snacks that are included in price. everything else was great

Koselig lite hotell
Hotellet var lite og koselig med veldig hyggelig betjening. Vi hadde et stort godt rom med Jacuzzi. Beliggenheten var i et rolig villastrøk og bare en kort og veldig rimelig tur med taxi til sentrum. Hotellets utendørsbasseng brukte vi ikke. Vannet var grønt og lite innbydende.

Mig og min kæreste kunne godt lide stedet. Men den pool de reklamerede med, var slet ikke så ren som på deres billeder. Servicen var god nok, men da vi skulle rejse hjem spurgte de os om de skulle sørge for transport (taxa) til lufthavnen til 2000 dinar. Det sagde vi ja tak til, men da vi så skulle afsted ringede receptionisten til hendes ven eller kæreste som kørte os, der var intet taxameter eller taxaskilt på bilen. Og hun sagde vi skulle betale 10 euro mere, fordi vi tjekkede ind kl 6 om morgenen og ikke kl 14, som er normalt. Vi fortalte vi ikke havde fået noget afvide inden vi chekede ind, og vi kun havde danske kroner tilbage. Det var pludselig ligemeget så.

Sehr enge Standarte Zimmer.
Keine badesandale oder der gleichen zur Verfügung gestellt. Kein wasserkpcher Tee und Kaffe auf dem Zimmer. ( üblich in Serbien in 3 Sterne Hotels ) Keine Gardinen, obwohl direkter Einblick ins Zimmer von einem allgemeinen Balkon. Zimmer sind nicht gelüftet und nicht ordentlich sauber. Nicht mal der Teppich war gesaugt. Das Silikon in der Dusche war schimmelig und verkalkt. Swimmingpool ist nicht zu benutzen da mit Algen durchsetzt ohne Zirkulationen.

My stay was good as usual, however for the benefit of other travelers, I would highlight some wrong information given on Hotels.com website! It says in the "Guestrooms" section:- Guestrooms. Hotels.com says, All accommodations provide complimentary newspapers and phones. - This is not correct however mobile phones are provided for guests with a small fee of 1 EUR per stay. Guest will then need to re-charge the calling credits! Hotels.com says, All units feature minibars, coffee/tea makers, and complimentary bottled water. - This is partially correct! All units have minibars, but no coffee/tea makers and no complimentary bottled water! However guests can get hot/cold water from the common unit at the restaurant. Hope this helps. Thanks

Net hotelletje in rustige chique buurt
Schoon en verzorgd. Redelijk behulpzaam personeel. Kamer aan het zwembad, maar tijdens mijn korte verblijf (rond 20 mei) was het zwembad nog niet schoongemaakt na de winter. Kamer is netjes maar met het hoofd einde naast de deur, die geen geluid van buiten tegenhoud, was met het luidruchtige personeel uitslapen (later dan 06.00) niet mogelijk. Ontbijt is qua variatie en aanbod redelijk. Met een auto is de locatie fantastisch, zonder auto iets minder handig. Taxi naar het vliegveld kun je beter zelf bestellen. Het hotel belt ook gewoon een taxi, noemt het een shuttle en gooit er een opslag op van 30 % ( Taxi kost +- € 14)

Nice hotel
I am on business, and have been staying here for several weeks because I like the hotel. Excellent WiFi connection for business users. Very silent area, excellent staff, willing to hear from you. Though I am satisfied overall with the hotel and service, the following points may help other travelers. 1. No telephone in room, 2. No kettle in room, 3. Ground floor rooms has only shower. I have not stayed in top floors, so do not know if they have bath, 4. Maybe a 3 star hotel, NOT a 4 star as listed
