"Beautiful property and room. Comfortable beds, sizable room! Loved having access to room service, which was good and reasonably priced, though wish they were open later for jet lag purposes- they also stopped serving prior to 9 30 a few nights. Our air conditioning wasn't working and we were offered no solution or discount. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had air conditioning. The window didn't open much either so the room was often warm. Also something to note is that the hotel is up a big hill! Lots of big hills in Edinburgh, but something to keep in mind when planning getting around."
