nightmare trip took train to como from
milan taci driver did not know where blue bellagio was and could not find on the his i phone map . took bus to propertylocation on expedia site . got off at designated stop no signs no road local restaurant had no idea where blu bellagio was or even what it was . had tried to call hotel and wonderful italy for 3 days prior with minimal assistance. and no help how to get yo the property would mot even respond until following. a local contact for check n could not te us how to get to property either . stood on side of road for 30 minutes with luggage in 97 degree heat took bus back to como and was anle to get a hotel there.... terrible communication. cost us money, time, and lots of stress. worst travel ecperience rver
