El lugar tiene un buen espacio, distribuido de buena manera. La cocina funcionaba bien, el comedor era cómodo. La cama era muy incómoda, demasiado suave. La sábana de una de las almohadas tenía manchas grises, como de polvo, sucia. El aire acondicionado nunca enfrío. La coladera del baño estaba tapada, se regresaba el agua y se inundaba el baño. El baño olía mal. La luz del baño es pésima. La comunicación, terrible. Todo a través de mensajes de bots. Cuando alguien contestaba no era para realmente atender las preguntas que uno hacía. Me dijeron que no estaba poniendo bien el control del A/C, cuando era tal como lo indicaban en su "manual". Dicen que hay lavadora y no hay. Cosas como el buen funcionamiento del AC y que el baño esté funcionando bien deberían ser básicas. La distancia que dicen del puerto o los atractivos turísticos no es real. Por lo menos 20 minutos a pie al puerto, 15 a la Villa. No volvería aquí.
