"What a gorgeous, friendly hotel. We've stayed at some of the most famous hotels in the world, but it'd be hard to beat the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here. Go for a lake view room with balcony if you can, the rooms aren't huge but it's all about the view, and there's everything you need (including nespresso machines!) But the grounds, pool, spa, restaurant terrace, are all gorgeous, and an easy short walk into town (it's really not that steep). Definitely go for the shuttle to the dock at the end - you'll get a golf cart mini tour through the town! We'd absolutely come back."

"Accidentally lucked out. Right behind, and related to, the luxurious Villa Serbelloni Hotel, my apartment had a fridge, a stove, a patio overlooking the lake and ferocious air conditioning, which only works when the windows are sealed! Close to everything, but clean and quiet. Two minute walk to the Serbelloni terrace for an aperol spritz. Perfect."

"The hotel is a bit removed from the main village of Bellagio, but worth it. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and everything was very clean. Our room was large and the A/C worked well! The patio area where they serve breakfast has an amazing view! Great space to eat and/or sit back and relax."
