The front desk staff didn't upgrade our room even though Hotel.com shows availability of the Deluxe Double Room at the price we paid during our stay. “This is my favorite hotel in all of Bellagio. It’s affordable and amazing. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the best breakfast view ever. The rooms are perfect. Ours had a balcony and side view of lake Como. Perfect place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or end your night with a glass of wine.
