"Our stay at Palazzo Genazzini was absolutely impeccable from beginning to end! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, from the stunning accommodations and breathtaking lake views to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Tanya was especially wonderful, but there were so many others who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Their genuine warmth and willingness to help made our stay even more special. The rooms were beautifully appointed, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with wonderful amenities such as a heated towel rack and Dyson hair dryer. And the views of Lake Como were simply spectacular! Waking up to those incredible views was an experience in itself. The location is another huge highlight. Situated directly in front of the lake, the hotel offers easy access to transportation and makes exploring the beautiful towns around Lake Como incredibly convenient. The food was also delicious and added to an already exceptional experience. We absolutely loved everything about Palazzo Genazzini! It was the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and romance of Lake Como. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again!"

"We spent a delightful 2 nights here. We LOVED it! Their bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was lavish and delicious. The best thing was the people. the manager was so warm and helpful. The owner actually gave us a ride back from the town where we had dinner and then to the bus in Bellagio the next morning. This place is outside the town but has easy access and is so much quieter!"

"The property had a beautiful view of the lake as it was perched atop a hill overlooking the town of bellagio . The grounds were well kept . One could walk easily into the expansive villa melzi gardens right by the lake . Mrs Mary was kind enough to accommodate our early check in . The breakfast was delicious with excellent local butter and bread . The vegetables from the garden were very fresh as were the eggs ! Local cheeses and jams were rich and flavorful. The staff were very pleasant. Onsite parking was included! We would happily come back next time we visit Bellagio !"
