The breakfast and food options are good overall; however, the service time in the restaurant could be improved. The washrooms require better upkeep, and improved pest control inside the rooms would significantly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Not even allowed to stay in the property due to your fake booking, which never executed as per the property reception. The customer with family suffered because of this, which cannot be beared. Atleast informed in the customer ahead of journey, inconvenience caused."
