"Didn’t go to gym. But everything was fine"

"This is an older property, but room was comfortable and clean. Overall in reasonable shape; hallway carpet shows wear. Breakfast was lacking on some details: no butter for waffles or toast, no knives to cut food, brown instead of cream gravey for biscuits, no fruit on 2nd morning of stay. Very convenient to airport. "

"Overall the property is really nice! It’s clean, walking distance to the mall, and quiet. My only complaint is I, as well as other patrons waited around 15 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk the morning I checked out. There was no phone or bell or any way to contact whoever was supposed to be there. Staff member was nice and apologized for being absent. "

All in all an hour wait for a shuttle whose hotel is a mile from the airport. Saw several other hotel shuttles make 3-4 pickups. Should have walked to the hotel "
