I absolutely love this location! It’s one of the newest Ibis Budget hotels in BH, and it’s super modern and beautiful. It’s basic, just like it should be, but the staff is great.

Sou cliente da rede ALL e ficava muito no Ibis. Resolvi que vou encerrar minhas estadias no Ibis. A experiência foi bem traumática. Cama barulhenta, ar condicionado que não funciona, quarto com cheiro que estava muito tempo fechado. Lamentável.

Cama Quebrada e Atendimento

Encontrei no quarto um palito de dente no chão, o que mostra que o quarto não foi bem limpo. Assim que eu cheguei no hotel e sentei na cama o pé da mesma quebrou, eu fui avisar na portaria e eles disseram que iriam mandar a manutenção e caso não desse para consertar iriam me trocar de quarto. Eu preferia que a troca tivesse sido feita logo, pois eu tinha compromisso. Sai para o que tinha que fazer e quando voltei os funcionários da noite nem sabiam da situação do meu quarto. Eles realizaram a troca de acomodações sem problemas, porém eu estava cansado e tive que resolver isso. Quanto aos funcionários eles são muito educados e atenciosos, além disso o café da manhã estava ótimo. O único problema que tive foi o de estrutura do quarto.

No geral foi tudo ok. Localização boa, e boa estrutura. O banheiro eu já esperava por já ter ficado no íbis budget de Porto Alegre. Mas mesmo assim é pessimo, especialmente a porta de vidro do box com zero privacidade. Realmente só compensa pelo valor, e por isso dou uma avaliação boa.
