"Good base and central for sightseeing and activities. Hotel rooms are clean, some very small. I was travelling solo so room was ample wouldn’t know where two suitcases would be stored. The rooms however have zero soundproofing so from early hours of morning to late at night constantly disturbed by doors slamming and housekeeping services. I didnt make use of the afternoon tea as was out most days. So the noise issues were irritating because I had limited rest! I took an early morning trip and breakfast was busy around 6.30am. Also there is limited places to sit in peace and quiet if you are doing research or relaxing. "

"This was unequivocally the best hotel stay I’ve heard had ever! I was here for 6 nights in March 2026. The staff are all amazing. They recognized me and referred to me by name. Super accommodating (I ran out of time on my last day and just needed a few more minutes before check out, a quick WhatsApp message solved that problem with a “sure no problem” from staff. Manager Sophie and all the countless staff seemed genuinely happy to interact with me, I booked 4 massages while here. Not every massage was perfect but that’s due to me not picking the right one for me. But that’s no judgement on the masseuse. The restaurant breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooftop bar/pool was cozy and comfortable. Staff booked many reservations for me as well (restaurant, barbershop), so nice! I feel awful that I’m not naming more staff by name. They were all professional and warm. If this is the standard for all Silverland branded properties I will be loyal to them as I return to Vietnam one day. Thank you!"

"Great locations to Ben Thanh market and other shopping center, the room was ok. The shower room can be improved, it's hard to take a comfortable shower due to no door and only one person can use the washer room per time (very inconvenient)."
