Great Hotel.

We loved our stay at the Riviera. Great food. Perfectly situated for the Beach and Prominade and having a Lift down to them was Excellent. A great Entertainment venue, but more choice of Cabaret Artists would have been appreciated.

This was our second stay in the riviera its a wonderful hotel .The view from our room was amazing .we were half board the choice of food is excellent and staff are so friendly. We are booked to go back late September i cant wait

The room, the bad, and the seeing from the balcony was amazing! It is a good choice. We were in december, so the weather not was so hot, and the water was cold in the spa and the pool for me.

Last chance Hotel

Overall hotel good ,but the last couple of days the meals quality changed ,which i thought strange the only difference? I can but it down to was from southern to northern visitors. And it was quite dramatic the difference unfortunately we like are rations. This is no reflexion on the chief's as they were excellent. Reception , efficient but not friendly . Bottled water at table 2.50euro or wine. Meal times good breakfast 8-11am which is included ,dinner 6.30 -9pm. Hotel situated on the promenade access through private gate ,which a guest informed me as she closed it in my face Ha Ha I just love em . By the way most guests are couples and 65 plus so don't expect to find anyone more physical than the promenade shuffle, The Tue reps are all young and will remind you (unintentionally) of what you could do when you were there age ,ha ha you've got to laugh. Loverly lady cook dealing with grumpy visitors smiles at grumps and says Holidays Happy Times. Best laugh. Try to remember that and if someone says Good morning answer in a positive Good Morning practice in the mirror before you go . Think of Robin williams in Vietnam. Bottom line , It's a Hotel the rest is up to YOU.

Lovely huge balcony

We booked the room with a very large terrace with hot tub, loungers and table and chairs. The balcony was wonderful with great views. The hotel was in a great position just along from the marina. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent hotel in goods position. Breakfast was very good, water hot, room & linen clean. Only gripe was soap dispenser in bathroom empty & no shower or Bath gel replacement when room was cleaned

Hotel as expected- enjoyable stay

Our stay lived up to our expectations. We had a room side on to the sea and the road. The road was noisy on balcony, but inside the room the traffic was barely audible. Regrettably there was the normal reserving of sun beds despite signs banning it. Food was good enough , no complaints there and the restaurant provided a nice atmosphere.

Noisy floor boards.

First class service only thing to dislike was the badly installed flooring in rooms which were really noisy to walk over transmitting noise to other rooms.

Hotel was clean and good facilities although we arrived around 11.30 and no sun loungers left although there was plenty of extra space around the pool but said they had no more. Not good for the amount of guests. Hotel corridors were painted grey and really dark, could do with a brighter colour, rooms also on the dark side but ok, except for the creaking floorboards. All in all had a good stay for 2 nights, got up early for the sunbeds the next day.

Checking in was a very negative experience. The reception lady was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. There are lots of hotels in the area and in future, we’ll be sure to book elsewhere. On holiday we like to sleep past 7AM and not possible at this place - doors thumping constantly. Horrid.

The room was very hot and the bed wasn't very comfortable. I had fish one night and it wasn't cooked when i told the man who cooked it wasn't cooked he said well don't have it next time i have stayed here before but its going down hill

Aangenaam hotel aan het strand en dicht bij winkels,restaurants en de mooie haven van Benalmadena. Lekker ontbijt en dinner in buffetvorm. Wij verbleven in een kamer met zeezicht die heel ruim was, met een groot terras en goede bedden.

Super bra vistelse och strand promemad

Värt varenda krona med havutsikt och super bra sol läge under frukosten. Super nöjd med städningen. God frukost med stort utbud. Vissa dagar var dålig mat till middag. Live musik med tre man som spelade guitar var ett plus på restaurangen under kvällsmaten. Underhållning pågick cirka 15 minuter. Parkett golv i mitt rum låter väldig mycket när jag går. Mycket oljud från ombyggnad på stranden, grävmaskin med backande ljud från måndag till fredag. Badpoolen med super fin utsikt. Bra buss förbindelse till Malaga Centrum. Det tar 1timme 10 minuter med buss. Nära till busshållsplatsen cirka 60m från hotellet.
