We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were good... but all was available at the time of order and only 1 set cutlery and napkin were given for 2 people. The only complaint is that we were given a room with a connecting door and the guests next door were having the time of their life which meant we hardly slept.

I was traveling with a young kid, this is pure bliss. Perfect location for those who don't want to stay far from the beach and get the best in everything 😁. I am so glad that I chose this place to stay. Food was brilliant. Special shoutout for the Kava restraunts and Restraunt manager Subhashish.

Staff and front desk were very hospitable. Shomit and Sruti provided us with great tourist spots to visit. The restaurant staff and Amel checked in on your needs and provided great service and care. The picnic by the pool was a lovely treat and a great way to enjoy the weather and pool amenities. Benalium beach is a 100m walk with various food options.

Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.
