"Safeway is within a block. Several restaurants are close also. Parking was easy. Room was clean and bathroom looked newly remodeled. Very nice for the money. However, the heater was very loud and there was a train near by. Sigh."

"The entire hotel feels open and spacious. The eating area is well-designed and offers multiple options for seating including sofas with coffee tables. The rooms are trendy and comfortable. The location is excellent for enjoying Bend, but you will want a car available to you to access areas outside of downtown. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and while we didn't go into the fitness room, it looked very clean with multiple options for exercise. I drop the rating to 4 stars because there is absolutely no reason why this hotel needs to nickel and dime us for parking. We had two vehicles and had to pay $10 per vehicle for a parking lot that is certainly large enough to accommodate the guests. This isn't Portland or Seattle; it would suffice to provide a parking pass for each vehicle (or perhaps charge the fee for additional vehicles beyond 1). We also weren't able to access WiFi during our stay, but I'm unclear as to whether or not that was an Element issue or a Verizon issue as there was an outage that day. As much as I loved this hotel, I will probably stay somewhere else next time that offers parking as part of the hotel stay. I could understand charging for parking if public transportation was superb in the area, but this is Bend. Cars aren't really optional."

"Everything was very clean. There is breakfast every morning and they have coffee available in the lobby all day. Everyone was very helpful. Location is great! We will definitely be staying here again (although, I am not a fan of the paid parking). "
