I live in Bend. When I have company, this is where I have them stay. It's a local's secret. They have a great restaurant with an awesome happy hour and breakfast. It's on the river and you can get a room with a fire pit on the balcony. Much better priced than the hotels in the Old Mill or downtown.

Enjoyed our stay @ the Riverhouse Lodge. Our room was large, with a patio and excellent view of the river. Ginny, at the front desk, was very helpful and accommodating. She suggested a great shop to pick up some additional "pet" supplies we needed for our trip. We would stay here again.

The ambience for the hotel in general was amazing, we were a last minute booking and will certainly go back but we will request a river side/river view room. The patio and pool setting is along the river and the restaurant is overlooking the river making this place an absolute GEM.. Dinner; the food was amazing and matched the setting and atmosphere. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, shower had good pressure and was toasty hot. the rooms are nice but the rest of the Hotel & restaurant is what makes this place special!! Adding to my favorites and will be back!
