The hotel was amazing. The lobby smelled really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good each morning. The only negative was no A/C but the front desk clerk was nice enough to let me borrow a fan, which worked great.

We did not feel this property was a good value for the price. We stayed at many different hotels in larger cities on this trip that were much nicer for the same rate or just a bit more. The breakfast had very limited options and we paid for parking that was outside the hotel on the street, although there seemed to be a garage under the hotel. The signage outside the hotel was very difficult to see. We coordinated for massages and it was really just a rub down with very little working of sore muscle groups.

The floor in my room was dirty when I arrived and after 3 days stay, it was dirty when I left. Crumbs under the table from previous occupant were never cleaned. Otherwise hotel was fine. One additional thing, I was the only one in my group of over 10 people that was asked to present a passport. Racial profiling like this is not acceptable.

Bra utgångspunkt för att besöka Prag

Bra parkering. Bra utgångsläge för att ta pendeltåget till Prag - 40 min enkel resa. Hotellets restaurant som var ganska liten, låg i en intilliggande byggnad. Menyn var begränsad till ett fåtal ganska dyra rätter. Ambitionen var väl att vara en gourmetrestaurant. Andra dagen var vi på ett trevligt lokalt lokalt matställe ett par hundra meter från hotellet. Staden Benesov är inte direkt sevärd men hotellet med dess restaurant var snyggt byggda och avskärmade från övrig bebyggelse.

Schönes kleines Hotel, super Frühstück, ruhig gelegen und top Zuganbindung nach Prag. Für 2 Personen 15 Euro Hin und zurück. Da kann man das Auto beruhigt auf dem Videoüberwachten Hotelparkplatz stehen lassen.

Typical Czech Service With a Snarl - "Neni Mozne"

As usual, the Czech's never fail to humor me with their special brand of "Customer Service." When we called from the train station, we were informed that we were "too late" to check in to our room (7PM), but that someone would "wait" for us. Not stressful? The woman at the desk informed us upon arrival that there was a wedding and that there were "Important People" there. Oops. Guess we chose the wrong place. Four stars is a huge over exaggeration. The place has a certain decorum that lends itself to fanciness, especially the door hardware and false stone on the outsides of certain buildings. The room is a roasting shoebox without a fan. The shower has a limbo game built in - my husband almost lost his head several times. The breakfast room is uncomfortably crowded to say the least. I paid too much and was left with a bad feeling. When I asked questions of the staff, the answer was always, "No, it is not possible." This is not the sort of treatment I am used to when it is attached to this price tag. The town of Benesov is super cute and we hope to return someday. We will definitely find another place to stay, though. Don't be fooled by the star rating. This place has a ridiculous amount of ego and way too much confidence in itself. Not worth the extra expense at all.

Bad leider nur mit Badewanne 🛀, nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Einschränkungen. Eine Flasche Wasser kostenfrei im Zimmer wäre gut.

Mycket prisvärt boende med restaurang av hög klass

Mycket prisvärt boende i centralt men mycket lugnt område. Restaurang som håller mycket hög kvalitet till rimliga priser. Granne med hotellet ligger ytterligare en restaurang som även den har bra mat till bra priser. Det är andra gången jag bor på hotellet och rekommenderar det varmt.

Net hotel

Net hotel met goede kamers en wifi. Het hotel in Benesov is op de navigatie wat lastig te vinden. Parkeren was gratis middels een parkeerkaart van het hotel. Dineren kan je naast het hotel, in een restaurant dat uitstekend eten serveert. Het hotel heeft in een compacte ruimte een sauna cabine staan en een bubbelbad voor de liefhebber, deze zijn vrij toegankelijk. Het ontbijt was te beperkt, op de vraag of ik een gekookt of gebakken ei mocht, kreeg ik enigszins geërgerd het antwoord, vandaag is er roerei.... en daar moest je het mee doen.

Le seul côté poche, la fenetre de notre chambre tombait sur un resto et la rue était passante pour les piétons ce qui etait bruyant et nous avions les odeurs de cigarettes et les conversations des gens qui allaient dehors

Very nice hotel and very close location to city center including many great restaurants and shops, very helpful reception workers, will be staying in this hotel in the future when traveling to Benesov.

El hotel Karlov es un edificio antiguo muy bien reformado, con mucha atencion a los detalles. La zona preciosa, la habitacion y el baño estupendo, el desayuno muy completo y agradable, el personal simpatico y atento. El precio mas que razonable, alta ratio calidad/precio. No creo en la perfeccion completa, pero nuestra estancia fue impresionantemente positiva y la damos una puntuacion altisima. Si tenemos ocasion volveremos.
