"We are a family of 5 traveling with teens, stayed here for 4 nights. It was a low season in Siem Reap, and the hotel was nearly empty, with only one other party of guests. The hotel upgraded our rooms to private pool rooms. It was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and luxurious, though the aesthetics seemed to be of a couple of decades past, with a huge bathtub in the middle of the room. The staff, and the waiting staff, were very, maybe overtly, friendly ( I felt a little uncomfortable) and accommodating. Good breakfast included fresh fruits, good coffee, juices, and lots to choose from. They use insecticides to control mosquitoes at regular intervals. An eco-friendly approach, also for housekeeping, would be appreciated from this traveler. An independent tuk-tuk was available; check the price before hiring for each trip, though. Hotel airport pick-up was very helpful, worth the extra fare."

The pool area is a peaceful oasis, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that are impeccably maintained. Whether enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing by the pool, or taking an evening stroll through the gardens, every corner of the property felt serene and inviting. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel that combines elegance, tranquility, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend this property. "Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is nice too. However I am disappointed with Expedia because it misinformed me about the shuttle service. It listed as ‘free shuttle’ but it was free for one way. You need to pay for the return."
