Easy place to spend 2-3 nights. Staff is attentive and prompt. Room service was fast and tasty. Buffet breakfast was alright... Simple South Indian fare (recommend paying up Rs. 100 for the Mulbagal dosa served at the buffet as a special order from the dosa corner in the same building). Overall a great mid-priced business hotel.

excellent stay at Pai Viceroy Bangalore

We stayed in the executive room for almost 2 weeks. The front desk, restaurant and house keeping staff are very responsive and really want to take care of the customer needs. The breakfast (included in my case) is excellent south indian food. The rooms need some renovation and they are doing it one room at a time. the bathroom shower is a bit small. Considering this is in the heart of Jayanagar, the value for the money is great.

Room and the toilet were very dirty. We couldn't sleep as there was continuous noise outside. It very much overpriced for the quality of the room and the facilities

Fair place with good food and service

We were there for 5 nights. Building is old needs better ventilation, plumbing and furnishing. These shortcomings were well compensated by the attentive and friendly staff. The South Indian breakfast is a truly delight both in terms of quality and variety.

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights. Good service. The staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfast. I only wished the room was a little bigger. Both the superior rooms given to me and my son were found very small. I want to thank Jagannath, the transportation guy arranged by the hotel for his pleasant and positiveness. R.P.Nair
