Good choice in center of Bangalore
The hotel used to be serviced apartments so all rooms have a kitchen and lounge so feels like a suite. I didn't like my room and the hotel went out of their way to change it. Comfortable bed and fast in room dining. The breakfast if complete veg so no eggs. Would recommend and a great location as very central

Upmarket service apartment
We had a really excellent room. Very spacious and well furnished. Shower and bath toiletries could have been better, considering they advertise themselves as a luxury service apartment. Staff were very friendly. We only stayed one night, so did not get much time to use their facilities. The breakfast was only vegetarian. I would think a luxury service apt would have a larger buffet selection. But the food was good.

المكان هادئ وجميل والسعر مقبول، والاثاث جيد ومريح، اعجبني ديكور الغرف والارضية الخبية. طاقم الاستقبال أكثر من سيء استغرق تسجيل الدخول قرابة الساعة، لا يوجد لديهم أبسط المعايير لمراقبة الجودة. قاموا بأعطائي غرف تختلف عن الغرف التي قمت بحجزها. في اليوم الأول وجدنا صرصور في الغرفة وكانت أغطية الفراش متسخة. عامل نظافة الغرف رائحته كريهة. لا يوجد محارم ورقية (كلينكس) في الغرفة ولما قمنا بمسح عصير قد سكبناه بالخطأ على الطاولة قاموا بتغريمنا ثمن الفوطة. الWIFI بطيء وسيء.

Spacious Rooms and comfortable stay
The rooms/apt are large and very comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit dark with no natural light (atleast in our room). Generally a good stay with attentive staff and perfect for a family. The location is on a main highway so difficult to access, and the taxi drivers often got confused.

If you enjoy the city noices at any hour, the bathroom smell like once you get inside 90% muslims steering at you but strangely avoiding to make aye contact and of course a completely vegetarian breakfast; then this is your place.

Below Average. The staff were careless, non responsive Rented driver wanted me to pay directly to evade taxes. Cleaning staff attitude was like that or house help.

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable stay
Extremely comfortable stay. Dining area around the pool is beautiful. Its a vegetarian place so had to order food from outside but breakfast spread was good

The hotel staff , food and facilities are good . A special mention for Ms Anjali , she is very prompt with her work . Though I felt the cost is a bit more but then the location of the hotel is good , it's very near to most of the good places . Overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel . Cheers

Staff.......Hmmm.....not sure what to say
We enjoyed our stay however the staff, leaves a bit to be desired. The housekeeping manager struck me as creepy and the front desk staff seemed to be short with answers and not very personable. The computer was not working in the business center, although the staff allowed us to use another computer, they were very intrusive and we felt like they were trying to supervise us like we were children. A bit disappointing but we did not let this spoil our visit to Bangalore.
