Service in the restaurants very underwhelming. Slow to serve, and very long waits for food. Buffet rotation was poor too. Beds were very comfortable though. Unlikely to stay here again, the Marriott Whitfield is a better option.

Teething troubles but service oriented

The perks of this hotel is that it’s obviously brand new - having opened in April 2018 and obviously bang in the middle of the IT corridor of Whitefield Bangalore. The cons are that the hotel’s hard product has quite a few teething problems to overcome. As I checked in to my room on the 8th floor - having booked a suite room with a terrace balcony - I was told there is no access to the balcony due to safety issues. There was close to a 45 minute power blackout at night and I had to go down to the front desk to inform them of the same. Though they got the lights working in some time - the TV was on the blink till the afternoon next day. The Club Lounge is not yet opened and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere - in fact , it was explicitly mentioned on the website as a usage perk for club guests and above. On the positive side, the hotel has some some wonderful staff - very service oriented and professional - and always willing to interact and make good conversation. The food is really good and geared towards Indian and international palates. In room dining is decent - though they did get really late once - but were quick to comp the entire bill. My verdict would be to give the hotel some time to get their hard product sorted out and hope the staff can maintain their service standards once the hotel starts getting higher occupancies

Nice and relaxing stay

I went with my family. I really enjoyed the stay here. Was expecting some activities for kid more than current because of ssituation . Otherwise , room service is very good for any services , request for kid. Liked it. Go for it !!

Perfect staycation = Sheraton Grand whitefield Ease of booking to check out ✅✅✅✅✅ Staff, facilities and amenities ✅✅✅✅✅ Restaurant ambience & Food ✅✅✅✅✅ Overall experience is 5star Amit kumar and Ishvi took care of us from the time we checked in till when checked out. Chef Sumit served us with some Amazing food.
