“My low rating is aimed mostly at the owner and Hotels.com. I arrived to find that despite having a confirmation the hotel was not expecting me. I had paid upfront so did not agree to rebooking at the time. Instead I called Hotels.com. Extremely negative experience. Asks for confirmation number then says can’t find it and hangs up!! I have other reservations so put those numbers in to try but nothing was recognised. I left the property (which had no other occupants) and logged my complaint...
